Advice on Grips

The stock grips on my 04 chopper are getting my hands black. I was wondering what the thought is on the other styles offered by BD.
Is there another alternative to the BD grips?
The easiest thing would be to stop the black from rubbing off on my hands.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Not trying to be a smart ass but, I just wear gloves. Shorties in the summer, and full gloves in cold weather. I like the rubber cushion grips, that are stock on my 03 Pit. I think the black rubber adds adittional comfort for the hands, whereas the full metal ones would be hard, probably with more vibrations, and cold as heck in the winter. Of course the choice is yours, just my 2 cents worth. Besides gloves would be cheaper!

Agree......xoprodox.....I have the whole set.....grips,pegs,shifter,brake,pass pegs. All fits great...no problems out of them and have had them for a year now.

I always wear gloves. I would just look around for a new or used set if you like the BD grips. I just put some new grips on from xrprodox and like them a lot.
Here is a pic of the grips, pegs, and shifter/brake.
