can anyone tell me of a good catalog for parts and accesories for my vintage sport. or a magazine that caters to big dog bikes.

Sure, your bike is basically an HD so any Custom Chrome, Drag Specialties or J&P Cycles can fix you up. Same with a service manual, get the appropriate manual based on your model. Softail or Dyna model.
Some differences in the electrics but not many.
