Want to throw this out there for your thoughts. Ive been reading up on alot of mods/installs of inline fuel filters etc. Ive noticed a trend of debrie in the tanks in one shape or another.
Would this work as a way of monitoring it?
You have the cross over/balance tube at the base of the tank. Could you take a glass inline fuel filter, remove the filter element, so its basically a glass bowel/resovoir and install this in the balance tube? It would/should collect some of the debrie?
This way, you could monitor the condition of the fuel in your tank for debrie, at a glance.
I have parts ordered for new braided fuel lines with a filter. Might order one more glass one to try this out.
Ill add pics, when my parts come in and its on.
