Yes.

I have the same pipe and the bottom bracket doesnt survive hard cornering. One trip through the Needles took care of that. Ended up welding a big hole where it ripped out

Gas is right, I had them on mine for awhile, loved them but found that without the back pressure I lost some of the torque (even after trying some torque cones installed) so I then went to the R&B Racing pipe, not as loud but racing tuned for the 117 CI S&S motor.
By the way I used an old starter bracket for a lower end brace.

Thanks everyone.I sent my tank back to Ed with the other tins,as for the pipe the bike hasn't been off the lift since i installed them, when i get my tins back and hit the road i will know more about the vibration on the pipe and what to do.Thanks for the advice

I'd be worried about the vibration making it back to the flange and leaking at the exhaust seal...but they look bad ass. Make a custom bracket and have it chromed or power coated to match your frame. I though the paint was fine as is, sometime it's easy to go too far with a theme, but I'm old school.

Yep...that's the old school look I really love. My next bike is going to piece together a bobber from e-bay/used parts. Prob paint is flat black primer, or a flat red & white to go with my Mutt.

Just caught this thread. Wow, the paint is awesome and the pipes look really good...but you'd better have some good, form fitted ear-plugs or you're gonna be deaf or have some serious tinnitus in you right ear! huh?...what??? :whoop::cheers::2thumbs:
