I bought a VW and built a 'dune buggy' with my dad when I was in high school, great memories will be made for you and your son that will not be forgotten. I hope you will post updates as you and your son progress on the build. I have considered doing a build many times and my wife always insists that I don't. Maybe when and if I am ever able to retire I will do a build with my grandkids.
