I have been working on my bike the last few days, got a lot done, was headed to Mikie's to pick up a spare clutch cable for BigDickPitbull who snapped his a few days ago
So here I am on the expressway and I can tell something is wrong with my clutch, on top of that it is starting to lurch and cough, I am trying to nurse it to Mikie's and as I was crossing the Missouri River it dies completely in the middle of the bridge and as i look in the mirror all I can see is this semi coming at me, fortunately he saw me, so there I am pushing my bike across the bridge.
Mikie shows up about 30 minutes later with tools and the clutch is fixed. I had tightened the jam nut in the wrong place and the clutch worked itself loose. As for as the surging, I was out of gas, It's funny now, but it wasn't earlier.
Thanks Mike for dropping everything, including his two little girls (he had the neighbor watch them) to come help me
