Hey Dog owners.
A few questions if you can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at getting a new tank and had a few questions.
The only problem I am trying to do this while in my mobilization getting ready to head over to Afghanistan.
I currently have a Big Dog Pitbull (99) and from what it looks like it is a 2 piece style fat bob tank and if I had to guess its about 5 gallon. It has the standard dash housing.
I am thinking of going to a one piece tank and with a bar mounted Speedo to eliminate the dash set up.
I am looking at the following products from JP Cycles
Speedo –
Milwaukee Twins Digital Speedometer and Tach
Tank-
Custom One-Piece Stretched Tank
On top of that I will need to get an:
Ignition/Light Switch -
Ignition/Light Switch and Mount for Custom Use
Is there anything else I am missing and not thinking of and what about the electrical under the tank?
Or if it id going to be to much trouble I will stick with a 2 piece tank
2 Peice Tank-
Stretched Fat Bob Tank
Dash-
Inferno® Dash Cover
Inferno Dash Cover
That would eliminate the need for the bar mounted Speedo unit and custom mounted ignition set up.
Sorry for problem and what seems like stupid question, I am trying to go over this from memory and my bike is in MA and I am currently in Indiana then off to Afghanistan, within 45 days, so I am trying to order goodies while I am away.
