Welcome. Looks like you have your work cut out for you. Someone on here will help. I think member Mr. Wright has manuals for the older models.

Welcome to the forum from Florida! Nothing better than to have a project to work on during the winter. If there is anything you need for that BigDog that I might have lmk. Looks like a TP engine? Be glad to help! I might have those wiring diagrams. I will take a look & send them to you if I do. Happy New Year! Cheers! :chopper:

Thank you guys. I bought this from a guy whose dad had had it he took the rear wheel the rear brake the swingarm the fender off the bike because he thought he was getting a trike kit because his health was failing but he got the wrong kit and then got sick and died so his son acquired the bike knows nothing of bikes and has no idea where all the extra spare parts went I had the rear fender the rear wheel with some thing I had laying around the problem is they drug the bike without the swingarm and tore all the wiring that ran underneath mainly ignition stuff.

I do not have the rear brake rear wheel and sprocket or an exhaust as far as I can tell the rest of the bike minus the seat is there

So that's not a current picture you posted originally?

You are not going to find anything electrical going back that far, they weren't keeping track of much of anything in those days. You are better off just re-wiring the whole bike anyways, you'll end up saving a ton of time with any aftermarket custom motorcycle wiring unit. Namz has a good one and comes with wiring instructions anyways.
