$9500 for an 2004 Softail Chopper???? Yes?

I was going to pull the trigger on a 04 softail with 7700 mi on it but then he told me the wire harness was just replaced..cost him $1800.00! It originally scared me off but now I am thinking I am better off with a rewired bike.

Bike appears from the pics and description to be in good shape (one scratch on tank) guy seems very honest (private sale) and I can get it for $9500.00.

How does that sound?

Wow, that's a lot of money to get a wire-plus installed. If I were you, I'd go and scope the scoot out and test ride it to make sure everything is working as advertised. Price seems reasonable though...:2thumbs:

Oh hell yes. Pull the trigger. Purchase a cover for your Ultra Classic, you won't be ridding it much, once you bring the Big Dog home. Best of luck.

I'd buy it. Too bad the owner paid too much to install WP. I'll bet the chrome is worn on the top where the tool bag rests! Get it fixed if it bothers you!

I agree looks great and the price is right.
Test ride and see if its all there- if your not knowledgable have someone who is check it out.
The price is OK with the milage.
04 is the last year for the left side drive. But BDM changed to their style hand controls.
With the WP set up if installed correctly you should have no problems.
I agree once I finished my bike I only took my Roadking out once > thats because it was raining !
Snatch it up before someone else does.

X all the above...great lookin bike already got the WP is a big plus...test drive to make sure all works...wouldnt sell mine for that.
