1 Rear rim was replaced years ago under recall.
2 The walls are welded onto the sprocket.
3 The teeth look worse than they actually are. But good eye.

I spoke to Alex today at DNA. He said he will work with me regarding this situation. I sent him pictures, so we'll see what happens. No matter what happens, Im still going to spend about $400 when this is all done.

DNA stepped up and worked with me regarding this situation. There are sending me another Demon pulley and I also purchased a matching brake rotor. They went above and beyond what I expected and that speaks volumes about their character and corporate mentality.

That's good to hear. I was actually looking at their Springer's the other day and hadn't really heard of them before.

I thought their springers looked great but had no idea as into the quality.

I was at HD today so I showed them the pulley and they believe that something got in there, like a rock, and as the pulley turned the belt pushed the wall out. I tried to explain to them that this didnt suddenly happen. They stuck to their opinion.

With all their experience with failed parts I am sure they would know just exactly happened to your pulley. They know it all there. If you don't believe me just ask them.
