Same here (3") and my V&H 2-2 already in Madrid (Customs).... I had to send them a copy of the invoice and now just waiting to hear from them... lets see how much Euros are they going to scrounge from me...Just ordered the 5" extensionkit Doug's DMCustommachineCan't wait to get them, but it will take a while cause of the dutch customs I guess

Have mounted the extensionset. Some standardscrews seemed to be too long so I have made them shorter. When I cleaned up I looked again in the box where the extensionset was shipped and there I saw the shorter screws......:bang: Lesson nr 1: always read the instructions and take all parts out of the package
It is driving much better, there is only a bit more vibration in the forwardcontrols
Everything fitted very well, including the brakelineextension! I just refreshed the brakeoil also, it looked like butter.....

80 Euros to Customs to get the V&H BR exhaust into Spain
Free for the extensions as I got them sent to my APO and took them home in my backpack

Now have extension Kits for the guys that have the BD 2.5 kits. Makes them 5.5", really stetch out. Sold 1st kit, he says perfect!!! Those kits are not on my web yet, but you can order by email or phone, until the web work is done. Money back if not happy. Have sold over 200 kits 3" , 4" & 5" with all happy!!
