With the internet, I would guess this information will make it to the public easier. Not unusual to me. This will be warranty work but we will pay. Back in the 80's while in the shipyard, we had a another submarine come in with metal filings in the Reactor! I'm sure it was expensive to fix. Our Refueling overhaul took longer than expected. In all cases, we hard working Americans pay for this.
