3" open primary

Just wondering if anyone has a "hell hound" open primary. Looking to get an opinion on them.

Not sure about function but I will admit, it doesn't look the greatest. I'd have to agree with pknowles. I'd spend the extra $300.

I sent them an email to see what outboard bearing support options they have. I don't like the way it looks, but they may have other options.

Guess you're right Mike, it was on their site a couple months ago and is gone now. Replaced with fugly FFP.

Wider is not always better. Not sure if a Mastiff has more ground clearance? My 4 " on a chopper and left turns can be interesting.

I have a 3 3/8'' on my chopper, and like Todd said, sometimes left turns are a bit scary. I sill have the forward mounted kick stand, and added an extra tab on it, so I can hear it hit before the OP. When photo bucket is up and running again, I'll post some pictures.

Where did you find the outer plate? I haven’t found anything with any kind of tribals be at flames or spikes
