23" Wheel

Was watching a Bill Lane episode, with him installing a 23" front wheel on one of his bikes. So, was curious, has anyone one here made this modification on their Dog? If so, how do you like the ride, handling??? Any photos would be awesome.. Thanks. JJ

I have seen several out there, not sure what they had to do. Wasn’t terrible, but I wasn’t sold on the look.
