I really believe the new Bigdog made a mistake by not building a Bulldog Bagger, Harley Davidson along with Indian are selling a lot of these and they are not cheap.
Don't know about Harley baggers but more and more people i know are going over to Indians.
Had 2 of my riders in this area convert to Indians basically the same week. Funny thing was they both bought from the dealer in Daytona and had them shipped up to NC. I told them I thought it was interesting that their bikes came up to the NC dealer together before either of them rode them, their bikes already rode side by side!

Like I've said before that a lot of cabbage for an old bike with some new black wheels, no warranty and no parts?

Could you elaborate more on this sir?
Because I work at BDM. I am their painter, and have been for many years. I am also an OG employee from back in the day.
I'm painting new bikes, new tanks, new fenders, sitting on new frames, with new drive trains set in them...new wheels, tires, front ends, new controls...a lot of parts manufactured here in kansas.
New bikes with new warrenties.

Y’all sell any touch up paint for these older BigDogs?

Trikes are the worst of both worlds to me. I plan to just get a convertible when I'm too old to swing a leg over a 2-wheeler. I also hope that day is decades away...... :)
Short story here, while Eric and I were in western TX riding in early October (before my 77 HD had issues on the trip) we meet up with 3-couples that were from Virginia and they were on trikes. They had left Virginia in May and were swinging south on there way home which was scheduled for November. When speaking with the gentlemen which were all retired, they mentioned they all had 2-wheels before, but figured they were having getting old syndrome and felt on a trip like this that the trikes would be safer and better with taking their spouses on a long journey. These guys did not want to give up riding a bike and being gone for 6-months I thought that was impressive on any motorcycle whether 2-wheels or 3. Corvettes are differently great cars, but riding a bike in my opinion is far better on a trip.
