Just thought I'd get some opinions before I flag It.

One of the old ones.
Don't flag it because the same guy (Brandon) is also selling a (1 of 50) 2016 K9. Both bikes out of Wichita.
Brandon is a tech Engineer who works every day with Matt Moore if it's the guy I met there. He designed and adapted a lot of stuff for Blacktopper's 2016 330 K9.
The first Big Dog listing for Craigslist Kansas CIty is selling a 2004 K9 Chopper. A rare bike indeed, as they didn't make the K9 until 2006. Him I'd flag.

I am not convinced that is a legit Big Dog, the style doesn't follow. But I understand what SKOGDOG is saying.

I saw the 04 K9 chopper and thought why do people do that? But It's common. I didn't know the name Brandon that's why I posted. The 16 had a tag and advertised with one mile. It also has the older coil cover and the teardrop air intake and I wasn't sure if the frame.
may just be built up from Big Dog parts and pieces. still a misrepresentation.
It looks similar to the bike they made for Matt's brother.

I call BULLSHIT. If he's with Matt (and KMW) he should know better.

I questioned the vin# myself although I did not try to look it up.
It very well could be a one off mockup.

Actually Brandon White has listed four 2016 Big Dogs on the Kansas City Craigslist so far, the mysterious Roxanne among them. So I'd think they are legit BDM. Seems to me the company that fabricates the bike can call it any kind of Big Dog it wants. And I know nothing about the rules for VIN numbers. hahaha
Maybe just call Matt at work tomorrow and ask. 316-260-8039--there's another number on Craigslist..I'd guess that one is for Brandon.

Vin is going to be what's checked when it's registered(as far as I know) and that does not comeback as big dog

It's a re-branded KMW. Same thing the other guy bought over in Europe where he said it was a 2016 K9 and the dealer "knew his stuff".
Still all part of Matt's empire...we're splitting hairs with the naming convention.
