On the group ride today in dead wood South Dakota , we were honored with Matt Moore bringing the 2016 K9 by for the group to check out. It's a very impressive bike and the 124 SS motor sounded very smooth .
I'm sure Matt will make a formal presentation at a later date to the Forum, I almost feel guilty to post it first but WTH, That the price he pays for standing us up last year and making us wait on him about a hour this year. Thank you Matt, for bringing Big Dog back to life.

Nice! Notice the same hand controls so they running his RIP unit?

Would be nice if they sold them standard with the sissy bar struts. But it is slick and looks like the one I got in the garage, time tested ;)

It is running the RIP unit. However it has been updated for the new 2016 models to allow full function of the hand controls, meaning the "off" input and the "hi beam" input are fully functional. It is time tested, however we did do a lot of improvements to be able to produce a highly reliable product.

He has 5 in production right now and there will only be the K9 at this time. The Big Dog web site should be up in the very near future and there will be a official release to the press. Photo shoots are done already, so this thing is taking off and looks to be a very exciting time ahead.

( PK ) That was a question we all asked and the answer was ......... In the low 30s........

I can't get any other pics to load ,sorry guys , there just not enough service where I am.
