Time to saddle up and get all these plans in motion as Sturgis is just around the corner. So here is, all the info you will need for all those of us that are staying at the Buffalo Chip and for the Tuesday BDB Group Ride/Luncheon.
If you could copy the items below and post what your plans are for the event. If you are uncomfortable listing your phone number then no problem.

So far I know that Kapt124, Highrisk, Deener and myself will arrive from the Testy Fest late afternoon or early evening on Saturday 7 Aug. We are all staying together at the Chip. What we need is for the first group that arrives to select a campground somewhere around the Black Parrot/Bear Beach area for the rest of us.
I believe Bubblehead, Dakotabos, Chihuahuadog and there large group gets in the same day but could be wrong. Either way first to arrive gets to select the best spot to camp. There are trees in this area for shade so hopefully we'll have some to select from for shade.

Currently plans are to attend the Borrachos Oyster Run Sunday morning. Many of you that have stayed at the Chip before know of this and all are welcome to come along.
Tuesdays Group Ride As we have posted before we will all meet up in Deadwood and plan to leave this area all together at 1100. As we have the past couple years we will all ride out of town and regroup in that large lot just as you turn south to Hill City. If you are not familiar with this rest assured that there will be plenty of members here to show you the way.
We will then make our way South to the KOA campground where our luncheon is set up. This is the same as last year. If you haven't counted yourself in for this luncheon then please do so now so that Dakotabos can get a head count to the fine folks that do this for us:

This is all of us from last year:
Dakotabos has done a wonderful job with this the last two years and we really appreciate it. Thanks Mike :2thumbs:
Our intention is to hopefully have photographers/videographers along the road to record our annual ride but we won't make any promises this will happen.
Now, usually a bunch of us will arrive as early as 8 am in Deadwood for a "meet & greet" session so if you want to arrive early many of us will be there. This year we will be meeting at the Saloon #10 instead of the Oyster Bar. Main reason is the Oyster bar is slow and they don't serve liqueur.
Parking is a bitch, there is just no two ways about it. The streets don't open up till 9 or 10 so everyone is just on their own to find parking. Not too much of a problem at this time of day anyway just you may not be in site of your bike.
After we arrive at the Luncheon facility (it takes us about an hour to get here) we will get all the bikes lined up like we did last year (trying to get all the Big Dogs together) and take group photo's and get the BDB Banner up and everyone can sign it. Then we eat.
Last year we got everyone involved by asking several questions like "How far did you ride", "who came the farthest", "who has the oldest/newest bike" and others.
After lunch our ride is over so this leaves you the choice to visit Mt Rushmore or Crazy Horse or any of the other sites in the area.
Ok, this should be used for all of you that intend on visiting Sturgis this year as a platform to meet others so if you want to get involved announce your plans here.
This is the regular Sturgis thread that's been started and lists a lot of information:

Our 2009 thread has a lot of great information and more maps for your planning purposes:

For those of you that may not be staying at the Chip but intend on attending some of the concerts then the map below will show you where all of will be camped and your more than welcome to stay in our camp. I'm sure we will have plenty of partying going on.
Here is a list of the Bands that will be playing at the Chip this year. What a line-up with ZZ, Ozzy, The Doobies, Scorpions, Kid Rock, Dylan, Tesla, Dave Mason and some of those Country guys and many more: Can you imagine what it would cost you to see all these bands if you had to buy tickets seperately for them. At the Chip your camping ticket covers all of them!
Buffalo Chip Map: I've posted these maps as I think the majority of the members here are staying at the Chip. If you happen to be staying elsewhere please announce it here so others will know.
These two maps show the Bear Pond and the camping around it. You can see the Black Parrot camping sites.
