2010 Pitbull Seat Springs Question

My 2010 Pitbull seat has the springs set to the softest setting
but my 250 LB butt still can't make the damn things move! Has anybody found
a vendor that offers seat springs for these bikes that actually "spring" up and down when you go over bumps????

You sure it is the softest setting, not the hardest?
It might make sense to get a service manual, that would answer most of your questions...
