Excellent condition 2009 Big Dog K9 Chopper for sale. This bike is in excellent condition, runs great, has lots of extras, looks awesome, and sounds mean. This Chopper runs like new with less than 5,000 miles. Outfitted with chrome package, 117 cubic inch S&S motor, Baker 6 speed transmission, S&S Air induction system with D&M twister chrome cone covers, 300 mm rear tire, right side drive, Vance & Hines Big Radius exhaust, Big City Thunder Monster baffles, roulette pegs and grips, roulette passenger pegs, 18" sissy bar, sissy bar backrest pad, iron cross backrest mounting plate, passenger pylon pad, external oil cooler, stash tube, 2.5" forward extended controls, and custom paint job. I have about $36,000 invested in this bike. This Chopper truly feels and runs awesome, sounds like a fricking NASCAR, and will definitely turn heads and get noticed. This Chopper will get you from point A to point B in a loud, thunderous, and flashy manner.

Asking $25K
Please send me a PM if interested. Thanks.

:2thumbs: Nice Dog but the price is too high. You must not really want to sell it or you believe it is worth more because you live in California! It does have a lot of nice accessories.

Joel,

First off, your bike is beautiful and it does have a few nice extras - but have to agree with everyone that that's a very high price for that bike. Do some checking around to see what other bikes of that year and style are going for on Craigslist, on ebay and with other proven methods such as bluebook, etc.

Best of luck with your sale.

I've seen a few recently go for about $15k with even less miles. Need to have a talk with yourself and get realistic if you want to sell.

I would have to agree way to much. I just had a buddy sell his 09 for 20k with 3k miles and a ton of extras and I felt he did good getting that.

Hmmm.

I'll go the other way...

A) with all the chopper companies out of business, what's out there should be appreciating.

2) the scoot is beautiful enough to be seen as unique by someone coming new into the market as a yearning buyer.

d) if more scoots were given a chance to sell at these old numbers, and by chance did, it would only increase the value of our rides!

GO FOR IT, dude!

I agree. Not many factory customs like ours out there with book values attached to them meaning a BDM should or will be more desired since it does have documented value which should help with resale. If right buyer comes along and cannot live without it you may get that price.

Not when all the rest of them are sold close to what the blue book value is.
If you want more money like that much than take all add parts off and put stock parts back on . Sell add ons sepratley and you will do better.

Understand. But, I'll pay way over book value if it is what I want and my options are limited, but that is just me. Lot of people think the best bike for them is the one priced the cheapest, but when money is not the issue people will pay high dollar for a specific bike they just have to have. Book value is what the bank thinks it is worth for collateral, not what it is worth to an individual, but most people will use book value as a bargaining chip and there is nothing wrong with that either.

really -- go look at the prices on Big Bear Choppers now -- they way high! (new ones) More than he's asking for the BigDog which I and many other prefer -- although I do like that the one Big Bear has a 5.8 gallon tank -- that would be nice.
