2008 ridgeback no power

Help have no power on my 08 ridgeback nothing turns on. Changed the battery still nothing. Checked the braker got 12. volts going in and out.

if thats the 40 amp breaker your referring to it goes to the voltage regulator and alternator according to my 08 K9 manual. Do you have a manual?
