2008 Mastiff fuse box location

I recently purchased a 2008 Mastiff. It ran when I got it but after replacing the battery and disconnecting and reconnecting the right hand throttle control to reconnect an idle cable, the bike does not fire. It cranks but will not start. I’ve checked all connections to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Is there a fuse panel on these bikes somewhere?

Hello and welcome from Southwestern Virginia Highlands, The Back Of The Dragon. There should be a breaker on the left side of the battery box. If your bike is stock, then there should be a circuit breaker between the voltage regulator and the battery.

I found that. I have 12 volts to ground on each side of it, so I believe it’s closed.

Sounds like no spark. Turn on key, head light and running lights plus speedo should come on. Press the run button you should get power to the ignition module. Press the start button the ignition light should blink when the motor spins.

If stock the EHC has electronic fuses built in it.

It ran before the new battery and hand control change? Retrace your other steps that you may have missed something, causing the no start issue.

So just retraced everything and I think I found the issue. Bad RH control board. When I press on it the light on the ignition module lights up (was actually able to start it). Is there a source for this board?
