Rolled 7,000 today on my 07 Chopper. Owned her one year and 8 days today! We had a birthday celebration in Taos, NM!
We'll be rolling 8000 in a few weeks when we got to the ROT rally in Austin!

3200 miles, oil leak in the starter area was determined by the dealer to be excess from the oil blow-by (i guess that's what its called) on the back of the primary case.
2550 miles as of yesterday. Only issues fogging speedo (replaced and flashed), two sets of side covers now with the new push pins design.
Doing the 2500 mile service on Tuesday. I'm way low on mileage got to get going more obviously.
Not to hijack thread but this is for TSDAWG. Isn't Taos a nice place? Did you go to the Pueblo? HOW WAS THE RED RIVER RALLY?

I have 15,000 miles and I thought this was too many miles for it. but when I read 50,000 it was like wowwwww.
I thought this performance engines will not last.... the reason companies keep the compression low if for reliability and long life.

I have an 08 Mastiff with 117 S&S & V&H big radius pipes and noticed the last two times I have had to get gas I had way less than 100 miles to my tank. Today I had 67.8. WTF? I don't know if its because its been in the low thirties every time I've ridden and its running a little rich or if its just that it hasn't seen much Highway yet due to the weather. I know my other bike (05 ZX10) I can get about 120 -140 miles depending on how I ride. Any suggestions? BTW I just bought this bike 3 weeks ago and I have right around 1100 + miles on it.

I have had mine less then a year.
got it after my harley was stollen.
I will aim for thse miles.
I ended the year with 56,000 miles on the odemeter. My plan is next year to do over 20,000 miles. I did about 16,000 this year.
I would like to get up to the NE and the Northern States to visit members I haven't got a chance to meet yet.
