Hey boyz
I recently brought a front belt guard for my 07 pitbull as my bike didn't have one when I brought it.
Can anyone shed some light on how and where the rear of the belt guard is secured to the bike.
I can't see any bracket on the frame to attach the rear of the guard to or , does it screw into the rear fender?

Cheers

Thanks Mark. That's the first time I've saw the tab bolting behind the strut. I'll be in my shop in a bit, and look at that frame.

Ok, here is the tab. It is part of the frame. If yours doesn't have it, see if Eric has one of those tabs like what is in the picture Mark posted. If he doesn't have one, I can make you one.

Thank you for your time mate, looks like the k9 has the tab welded on the frame but my pitbull has a removable tab/bracket..
Being in New Zealand makes getting parts here difficult.
If you know anyone I could source that bracket from I would appreciate it.

It's hard for me to imagine that you can't find someone over there to drill a couple holes in a piece of metal for you. Then spray some paint on it, if it not stainless steel.
