hi my mastiff cant get into neutral after gets hot when stop at light. you can if bike is rolling is this a clutch adjustment?please help?just got bike what do you think about it?i have read good and alot of bad on bdm, what up with electrical problems?anyway make shure mine dont go bad? please help im new at this

Well, where to start? Ok, first off it would be cool if you did an intro, go to the introductions forum and tell us a little bout yourself! As far as the clutch goes, yes it's an adjustment issue most likely, could be other things going on, but it's not uncommon to have to blip the trottle right before you come to a stop and shift into neutral, you can go to the "How To" section and there is a step by step post on how to adjust your clutch. Now your EHC, well if you don't have any electrical gremilins yet then don't worry about it, just keep your bike on a battery tender and keep all your connections clean and tight and you will be fine most likely, if you start to have issues there are plenty of threads on the dreaded EHC failure, hope that helps ya Darryl, and Welcome to BDB!

Everything Cdogg said was spot on in my opinion the only thing I might add is to replace the headlight with an LED if it hasn't already be done. LED use a lot less amperage and easier on the electrical system.
