2007 K9 Special Edition

Advice needed. Kelly BB lists 07 K9 standard at 16540 NADA lists at 15105. Bike has 8800 miles , blacked out, diamond cut heads, spike air intake, custom pipes, sissy bar and pillion seat. Paint and chrome all very good. What is a fair amount to add to the standard price for the limited addtion upgrade?

A lower number could mean something .

Does the bike come with all of the CDC correct leather work ?
Silver & Red stiching & what is the consition of it ?
Seat - Pillion - Sissy bar back rest

Does the bike have the (original) polished aluminum replaced with chrome?
Trees - speedo & mount - forward controls

Swirles in the paint ?

Finally what is it worth to you ?
