2006 Mastiff rear fender question.

Can I take off the fender without removing the wheel? Paint shop is getting ready to fix the fender damage from the wreck. But I have to remove it and take it to the shop. Thanks

Yes. Might be easiest to remove it with the struts.

Yes, like JJ said. Remove the seat, unplug the wires,. remove the 4 bolts holding it to the frame. Then you can turn it upside down on a towel and take it apart.
Don't forget to use red locktight when you put it back together
