2006 K9-School Me

Hey Guys
I'm a newbie with BG and have been looking at 2006 K9 with about 5k miles for sale, did BG make these units in a flat paint no graphics and should I look for a newer model with fuel injection?
Anything i need to ask, first BD and vtwin for me !

Hi Bendie welcome from NJ.
Check out Fat Dog's bike on the swap meet forum. That's a sweet 06 K-9.
I would also check out the threads on the technical forums . Great info and may help you make your decision. I have an 07 k-9 carbed and I'm very happy with it's performance.

yes, there was a flat black but it usually had pinstriping on it along with a pin-up girl, and i would say the carb version would be the preferred one.

and FatDog's skoot is a definite must to check out. beautiful bike.
