Hi guys, maybe my memory is all fucked up from killin' too many brain cells, but what is this thing ? Didn't they stop using left side drives and Softail style stuff in '04 ? Did someone build this bike ??? Help !!!

Picture of the frame says "Carolina Customs" don't think he even knows what it is. Guessing pieced together. Feeling pretty damn good about my home painted bike after seeing that though!!!

Carolina Custom frame answers the question. Along with the ugly front end it a bastardized 04 Rideback I believe

Yep, I think you nailed it right there. I'm not buying, just was wondering what I was looking at and trying to figure out what it was. I'm still happy as a pig in shit with my '03 Chopper so I'm all set. Now let's ride !!!

Run for your life!! The description states it is not titled as a Big Dog but an assembled bike..bet the guys that think it's a rebuild cobbled together are 100% correct. See the quote from the ad below:

Just went back to take another look at it, and the pic from the rear looks like the seat is cocked to one side. Which side, I'll leave that up to you. Course it could be my imagination?

Minus the paint and the forks it really looks okay but surely not a Big Dog. Maybe the seat, air cleaner, speedo (2003)and coil cover are but none of the rest.

I don't know the time frame but I seem to recall some of these Carolina customs frames had down tube breakage at the neck. Don't know if it was bad welds or design, but definitely a bad scene if it happens going down the road.
