He has a Ridgeback. His bracket wouldn't fit your bike anyways. You need a set with a bracket for a 250 softail. The set that Kaiserman is selling should fit.

Am I understanding this correctly? There’s a different bracket for the passenger pegs on the Vance and Hines big radius for the chopper and k9?

LoDog. If you are just looking to quiet down your V&H big radius pipes, you may want to look up "Bay City Thunder". I personally don't have any experience with their products, but worth checking them out. May even save a few bucks, over the expence of a replacement set of pipes. Hope this helps. JJ
