I realize this subject has been touched on im sure a million times but im trying to get in contact with someone who can take a vin and give me the proper paint codes. Ive been to 2 different paint stores who have used the paint scanner and both of them have given me two different types. They both really expensive and Im not gonna fork out that kinda dough if im not 100% sure It will match. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

All of the above a pic is worth a thousand words. Please note u didn't even mention what color your Mastiff was.

Some of us already have paint codes... I can tell you it's more than likely "House of Kolor" paint.

Paint Code

Sorry bout that. The paint on my 2005 Mastiff was the red white and blue flames. But it had a really dark blue almost black basecoat. Im mainly looking for the really dark basecoat number. But if I can get them all it would be greatly appreciated. It looks like the level 5 American Flames #GP072 in the 2010 big dog paint schemes book. Thanks

flame color

I'm thinking that midnight sapphire blue is the color of the flames judging by the bike color in the link u sent me earl. My base coat seams almost dark dark navy almost black at times....ive got a pm into Amy to see if she can bail me out. Thanks

The DMD paint codes are PPG codes as far as I know, but the PRL codes I'm not sure of but I wouldn't think they would mix and match (I believe it's all PPG). I could be wrong though...:D

PPG!! There are only a few paint schemes that they used HOK for and the rest is PPG. I learn something new everyday. But I'm a female and still think I know everything. Just ask me. LOL

Glad you got your codes, now file them and keep them safe. I went through this several years back, but that was when BDM was still alive... :D :2thumbs:
