2005 Chopper DT solo seat (no logo) and lik-n-stik passenger pad

Now that I got the 2up seat I never use the solo seat or the passenger pad so I'd like to sell them together given that I'm in a small apartment so the few items the better.
Not sure why the previous owner write "Sears" on the bottom of the seat but the passenger pad fits into the solo seat as it should so I assume it's a BDM seat.
Both seats are in good shape, no rips, tears, or blemishes, but the passenger pad has indentations in it from when the previous owner had a cargo net strapped tight over it.
It's not often seats go up for sale so I'm not sure what to ask but make an offer all I can say is no
