It's a Rolling Thunder frame made in Canada. You will see the Maple leaf on the right side of the frame at the top motor mount

Try this, it should be all you need to decipher you VIN
----------------------------------------------------------------

Example VIN: 5J1 1BBJ1 9 2W000001
First Section:
5J1 = The world identifier as assigned by SAE
Second Section:
1 = Type of motorcycle (the same for all models)
B = Model (see model code letters listed below)
B = Engine family type (the same for all models)
J = Net brake horsepower
1 = Standard for all models
Third Section:
4 = This number will be different for each motorcycle
Fourth Section:
2 = Model year (see year codes listed below)
W = Plant location (Wichita)
000001 = Production sequence number

Model Code Letters
A = Vintage Classic
B = ProSport (ProGlide)
C = Coyote
D = Vintage Light
E – AeroGlide
F = AeroSport
G = Bulldog
H = Pitbull
K = Vintage Sport
L = Husky
N = Chopper
P = Wolf
Z = Custom
J = Boxer
M = Mastiff

S = 1995 5 = 2005
T = 1996 6 = 2006
V = 1997 7 = 2007
W = 1998 8 = 2008
X = 1999 9 = 2009

I can see fom the pics that it already has the fender struts to mount a sissy bar. That saved you $400 right there.

When I was putting mine together.
I put a list : ) A long list in the swap meet forum .
I received a ton of replies - alot of what are you doing questions.
Then the ball started rolling - I was getting replies daily . Some members actually
donating parts to me and wouldn't even take money for shipping !
