So I'm new here. Joined like 10 minutes ago. I have a new to me 2005 Big Dog Chopper. Mine has a Daytec frame which I've found is dang near impossible to find a solo seat for. So am I correct that a seat from a BDC or Rolling Thunder frame will not fit? I had one delivered that was new but it did not fit right. The bracket would not slip in and even if it could, it was about 1.5" from the gas tank leaving a goofy looking gap. I called Danny Grays and they referred me to HDM Inc. They explained that after BD closed and then reopened, lots of molds went missing. Any suggestions? I was even considering taking my 2 up seat to a custom upholsterer and making a solo seat out of it.
