2005 BD Chopper oil lines...

Hi,
I have a small oil leak coming from the oil line on the bottom of the oil tank.
It's not the fitting but the shock has rubbed the braided line into the rubber line. I took a measurement of about +20 inches long on this line. I know that WSW has a four line kit yet it doesn't include a line that is 20" or longer and I've already emailed them.
Can anyone direct me to what are the oil line lengths required for changing them out?
I also have the oil cooler installed on my 05 chopper.

Does the starter and exhaust pipes need to come off to change out the oil lines or what is the best approach in doing the oil lines?
Thanks in advance

goodridge was the original manufacturer of the lines. kinda doubt they will do an order of one though.

I know that the lines are/were made by goodridge but the lengths are what I'm needing to know.
Has anyone replaced "any" of the oil lines and know their lengths as the one leaking looks to be just over 20" long.
Thanks

I would contact Derek & Donna on this. They had the right Goodridge brake line I needed to replace the rear brake line. They may have the oil lines as well.

So it comes to be the outside braided line (feed line) has a tiny hole that is leaking. Put the line under water with some air pressure and sure enough bubbles come out. To the eye everything looks good but small oil leak non the less. Going to replace it with a rubber oil line for now and back on the road.

I take all my steel braided lines to a local company that will do any hose in braided steel, with any curve or options, in the various colors. They mostly do orders while you wait. most every town has such a place
