2004 Ridgeback right handlebar throttle block

Hey guys..when I opened her up to lube my throttlecables, the switch block disconected... soldered on to the circit board was the black wire that operates my hand break light. Can this be soldered back on?

Yes, but be careful and don't over heat the board.
