2004 Ridgeback I have already had to change stator, voltage regulator, and battery. It was running great for 250 miles. I washed it it started right up while riding, it shut down and now there is no electrical power anywhere total shut down. Any ideas?

Welcome from NJ,
Check your battery voltage at the terminals first and make sure your connections are clean and tight. It should be around 12.8 vdc.. If it's totally wacked it may have shorted out and you would need to have it load tested. Should be 12.8 v with the bike not running and 13.6 to 14.6 max running.
Too many guesses available without troubleshooting first . Come back with your findings.

1st I would advise against getting your electronic system wet. 2nd check the circuit breaker as mentioned above

Welcome to the Forum! I got to tell you I haven’t owned my BigDogs but a couple years now. But I haven’t actually washed them per say since I got them. I take a wet clean cotton cloth and wipe everything down. Clean dry cotton cloth to buff. Then shine with Mequires on paint & Mothers on metal. Sure hope it isn’t anything major going on. :chopper:

Follow the others advise. Fwiw, you can grab a can of marine comformal coating and spray every PC board on the bike. I went a step further. I smeared dielectric grease in all conections and then heat shrinked em. Aint no water getting in easy. Washing will never be an issue. Jm .02

I've done away with the thunder heart when I changed to the single fire ignition, the only PC board left is the EHC. I changed the circuit breaker and still no electrical power anywhere, ever connection is tight I'm open to any suggestions, this whole electrical harness is shit at best! I have spent more time working on my beautiful bike than riding it since day one! I bought my E-glide off the showroom flor in 99 it has 179k on it and it has never left me on the side of the road. SMFH!!!

These are just hotrods. Like all hotrods, they require a bit more attention. AND, dont forget about the PC boards in the hand controls and tag light and running lights. More boards than you would guess. Js. Keep troubleshooting. You'll find it.

What did you replace the thunderheart with? Start a thread for your bike and tell us more be specific, tests you have done, symptoms and parts replaced and tests afterwards then we can likely be more helpful.

I replaced the ignition with an Ultima single fire digital ignition system #53-644. That eliminated the poping and crack ong on deceleration and runs much better.
