2004 mastiff electrical help needed

2004 Mastiff Electrical issues....

1. Headlight wont come on?

2. when i turn the key to the on position to start the bike the right blinker comes on every time??

3. when i turn left turn signal on the 4 ways come on???

my second faulty EHC did that...although ive had water in switch housing cause issues w blinkers...
