2004 boxer more questions

Anyone ever seen exposed shocks on a 2004? This also has a 117 instead of a 117? Am I just not seeing a certain model or changes here? Here is a pic too.

its has a 200mm tire on it, kinda like a low profile, said he ordered it that way from the factory. Can it be changed out to the standard 240MM tire?

Not bad if it is really an 2004, I thought all 2004 model were fat tire kind looking. It look sharp though.

Yep it's an 04 Boxer alright. I've added the specs and also if you go and see it again print out the instructions on how to read the VIN It'll help ensure it's got a 117 CI motor.
