I know you're all are meaning well, but let's see what he has so we can fix it right

I had some current conducting debris under the hand control start button that jumped the traces on the curcuit board.

Cranked non stop with key on .

Well fellows it was a faulty PCB board solved everything and the bright light issue was also screws being to close to circuit loop on board loosened them up devoid 100% cannot thank you all enough for your input I hope not but I’m sure one day the old dog will need something else and I will be back if I can ever help anyone I will do my very best to do so.
