This is Big Dog's replacement Harness that Big Dog Had so much Trouble With.
It's listed as
Big Dog Motorcycle LLC pt. # 003021 c34-1009
When I purchased this bike a few months back this was on the bike ,But the issue was the previous owner had it installed along with changing the tail light,no rear turn signals,aftermarket Crane ignition, there for cutting some of the original wiring. I tried everything from emailing to calling big dog for info .
I ended up replacing it with one from Deadoncustoms . If someone is interested i can be reached
