2004 Big Dog Chopper - Pipes?????

Hey Guys, I am havin issues finding pipes for my 04 BDC with a S&S 107 left side drive with 250 rear tire. Has anyone had any luck finding any that are direct bolt on that does not require me to break out my mig and have to re-powder coat?

How many times are you going to post this?

This is a big guess on my part but I believe most who buy pipes not specifically made to fit a Dog have to get a bracket made to attach the exhaust to the frame OEM mounting location. V&H Big Radius 2 into 1 or 2 into 2 are more common and others know what it took to mount them.

I buy pipes to fit softail for my 04. I had Martin bros, Reinhart, bassanis fitting wo any welding and powder coating. Most come with mounting bracket to frame or tranny. what are you trying to do?

When I bought my Martin Brother Mudusas. They told me the Bigdog chopper 2003-04 were the same pipes that fit a HD soft tail custom

I bought MGS Sand Storms that bolted on in less than 30 minutes with unbelievable sound. They were a little over a $1000.00 and look great on the bike.

I put the MGS HURRICANE PIPES on mine had to fab a rear mounting bracket no big deal.

I put a set of Samson Shorties with baffles on my 2003 BDM Chopper. They are great. I had to fabricate a rear mounting bracket, which was an easy task. No welding, just bolted it up and she's been good for many years.
