2004 Big Dog Chopper - Pipes Options?????

Hey guys, I am having issues finding pipes for my 04 Big Dog Chopper with S&S 107, 250 rear with left side drive that does NOT require me to break out my mig to modify the bracket. Any suggestions?

This is a big guess on my part but I believe most who buy pipes not specifically made to fit a Dog have to get a bracket made to attach the exhaust to the frame OEM mounting location. V&H Big Radius 2 into 1 or 2 into 2 are more common and others know what it took to mount them.

Gateway BD made a bracket to mount my Big Radius. The (shorter) Twisted Sisters on my 03 now, do not need the extra support.

Big Radius 2 into 2 for an HD softail will work with minor modifications. I have them on my 04 Chopper.

I too have an 04 Chopper with MGS Sand Storm pipes, with awesome sound and looks. It took me 30 minutes with no modifications.
