2004 big dog chopper pdm wiring question

I have a 2004 big dog chopper and I replaced the stock wiring harness with the pdm kit sold by big dog. I've hooked up all the wires except the three wires coming off the ignition. They are a red wire a blue wire with a red stripe and a white wire. These wires aren't shown on the diagrams that came with the kit. I've traced them into the old harness but the new one looks like they are eliminated. Help please!!!

You have to use your existing harness for the ignition and coil. It doesn't come in the kit.
