2004 Big Dog Bulldog will not start

I started the bike and rode to the gas station, got gas and went back home. About 1 hr later I went to get back on the bike and it will not start. The front and rear driving lights come on but NO horn , NO headlight, NO blinkers and it will not start. Any ideas??

I put the bike on the charger and the battery charger said it was charged. I noticed that on the left hand side of the ECU or the computer they have a green light. When the bike was starting and the headlight horn and everything worked that light turned green and went right off, then once it was started that light turned red. I am still lost - Any help is greatly appreciated

when you say it will not start can you elaborate a little? Is the engine turning over but not firing or do you have nothing? You have turned the fuel back on right? You wouldn't be the first nor the last.

When I say it will not start, nothing happens when you press run, start, headlights, blinkers. It does not crank or even try.

I check the amps and the battery shown 13.19

I had an 04 Bulldog as well and just sold it. It was a big head ache to put it nicely. Anyways this sounds like it might be your ignitions switch.

When you hit run, does the red light on the ignition module come on? If not, you have the symptoms of an EHC failure. I had the exact same thing as you last year and it took a while to figure it out. Has to do with the EHC not sending signal to the Ig Mod i believe. Others will have a better explanation for you.
On mine, I could leave it for a while and fire it right up an hour or two later.

Yep, your EHC went out. Do the wire plus and your on your way. I am on my 3rd EHC and will do the wire plus next time. I love the Bulldog.

Ya, The Head ake club. But maybe good news. One of the custom chopper shops, Thay worked with Big Dog and a couple of coutom bike builders, That use Tunder Brake your hart sustoms. Bring it in they will tell the problem free of charge. Fix the problem. Or rewire the bike, in 7 or 8 hrs. Not sure of the price yet, But it is a start. It could'nt be any worse then my last $950. visit Electral nightmere, at my local Big Dog Rep, Only 6 monts ago. Who now says bring it back, and for some bench time at $70 per hour. What a Joke, I guess the joke is on me. Ya
