2004 117" Starter Failure

Hello,
I had a problem this evening and believe I have got it nailed down. I went to fire the bike and all I got was the Electric Commpression Reliefs energizing. I pulled the starter and tested it on the bench and turned over fine. I reinstalled the starter and still no turn over, not even trying. Retested the starter in bike and still nothing.

Removed starter again and tested multiple times and then.... no turn over. Looks like I have an intermittent starter problem.

Does anyone know if the solenoid is rebuildable or replaceable? What brand of starter is it? I see it is polished but is it stock?

Any info would be bitchin.
