2003 wire plus who has installed one?

Just wondering who has installed a wire plus on a 2003 chopper. There website says it plugs into factory wiring. Just wondering if it is that simple. I'm not sure if I need one yet or not. My headlight doesn't always like to work but I put a bucket from a newer dog on there so it very well could be my wiring. Thanks

check your wiring good especially under the tank, usually not the EHC on a '03
