What it is worth, is what you feel like paying. I bought mine almost 3 years ago for $6500, and have put about another $3000 to $4000 more into it. But I plan on keeping it, so I want everything right on it, and added somethings to it.

I couldn't agree more.
Everytime I buy a vehicle that "only needs a new rider/driver" I'm budgeting a couple grand on top of that.
Hence the closer it is to exactly what I want at the onset (e.g. sissy bar, open primary, paint colour, S&S headers, etc.) the better.
