2003 Chopper speedometer

Hi guys, I bought this Big Dog speedometer a few years back for my 2003 Chopper. I was assured by the seller it is a fully functional unit but I never tried it out. Not sure what years it fits. Having trouble posting pictures but can text them or whatever. $50 plus shipping or best offer, thanks, Shoo
