Hey Guys, I have a 2003 big dog chopper with the 107ci and baker 6sp. My starter with often work normally but sometimes it will free spin and sound like a little grinding noise. Almost as if the shaft is not being throw out to engagement. I believe I have it ruled down to the starter clutch. I'd like to take the starter apart and install a new one, but I was told by big dog that in that year they used a number of different starters in their bikes. He did give me a terry component part number of 550030 but that is only for 2005-2011 big dog and says it won't fit my starter on my bike. Any and all Help and input is greatly appreciated.
